Our Beginnings
Winnipeg’s Number 1 Painters Inc., the parent company of Whiteshell Painting Co. operated part-time in the Whiteshell beginning in 2016. Due to their eye in wood finishing, their client list began to build until a large portion of their work was situated in the park and the surrounding area. It was at this point that Biya saw the value of starting a Whitehell based company to specialize in the high-end custom new builds in the area. A shop was built in West Hawk Lake so that painting and staining services would be accessible to the community year round. In 2021, Biya, the Ownter of the company and his family moved out to the Whiteshell to become full-time residents. In 2024, Whiteshell Painting Co. was created to cater to the area and it’s specific needs.
